Email service provider
ZUMENTIQ uses Microsoft Exchange Online for business email, with Switzerland as the data location confirmed by ZUMENTIQ. The service processes email content, sender and recipient addresses and associated communication data. Applicable contracting entities and retention settings must be documented before public launch.
Planned hosting with Hostinger
Hosting on our own domain is planned with Hostinger, with Switzerland as the server location confirmed by ZUMENTIQ. This configuration concerns the planned migration; this preview continues to run on OpenAI Sites. This notice will be updated to reflect actual operation following the migration.

Website access and hosting
This preview is provided through OpenAI Sites, with technical delivery using Cloudflare infrastructure. Requests generate connection data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, and browser and device information. The platform processes such data for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Access to the private preview may require an OpenAI login. OpenAI account management is also subject to OpenAI’s privacy information.
Scheduling with Microsoft Bookings
Scheduling links lead to an external Microsoft Bookings page. You leave our website only when you open the link. If you book an appointment there, the contact and appointment details you provide are processed to arrange and conduct the meeting. Microsoft’s privacy information displayed on that page also applies to its operation. No Bookings widget is embedded on our website.
Email enquiries
When you email us, we process your email address, any contact details you provide and your message to respond, prepare an offer and, where applicable, manage a business relationship. The email link opens your own email application. No contact form submits data to a separate form provider.
Cookies, analytics and embedded services
The website code created by ZUMENTIQ contains no analytics or advertising trackers, marketing cookies, externally loaded fonts, or embedded maps or videos. Language selection uses the URL without setting a cookie. The hosting uses Cloudflare’s __cf_bm security cookie to protect against automated attacks; it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. When you dismiss the cookie notice, we store a timestamp under zumentiq-cookie-notice-v1 in local browser storage for 180 days solely to avoid showing the notice on every visit. This is not consent to tracking. You can reopen the notice at any time using “Cookie notice”. Pointer and scroll positions are processed within your browser for animation; the website code does not transmit them to ZUMENTIQ.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to deliver and secure the website, respond to enquiries and fulfil contractual or legal obligations under Swiss data protection law. Where the GDPR applies, processing relies on pre-contractual or contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (c), and legitimate interests in secure operation and relevant communication (f). Where consent is required, it is obtained before the relevant processing.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be accessible to hosting, security and email service providers. International providers may process data outside Switzerland. The specific recipient entities, countries of processing and any required safeguards for international transfers must be completed before public launch using the applicable provider agreements.
Retention and security
We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them and any subsequent business relationship. Statutory retention duties and establishing or defending claims may require longer retention. Binding retention periods for technical platform logs and email data must be confirmed before public launch. Access is limited to those who need it, using the security features of the selected services.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion, and where applicable restriction, data delivery or portability, and object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn with effect for the future. A proportionate identity check may be necessary to handle requests. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or another competent supervisory authority.
Changes
We update this notice when functions, providers or processing activities change. The version published on this website applies.
